Lucida Beach Hotel - Ultra All Inclusive

My flight was earlier, so I explained that I would miss a day I'd already paid for. They still insisted on charging me 50€ just to stay inside the hotel, and didn't even give me a room. The staff and manager's behaviour was unacceptable. It was the worst experience, and my vacation hadn't even started. This felt more like a 2-star hotel than a 5-star one.

This was our third holiday here because the hotel is nice and quiet, with a small, green, comfortable and very safe area. There's great entertainment for all ages, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is delicious, with a wide choice of dishes for every taste. The sea is warm and clean, with a stone beach and comfortable sunbeds. There are a few bars with great drinks, snacks, a mini club, sports games, and evening shows that are interesting for all ages. I'm so grateful to all the staff at Lucida beach for an amazing holiday. We'll be back soon!

We spent eight days at the hotel. The accommodation was pleasant and clean, the food was varied and delicious, and the waiters were smiling and hospitable. The reception staff, though, were unfriendly and very uncultured. About 95% of the guests are Russian and everyone speaks Russian, which made me feel as if I were in Moscow. I wouldn't return.

The beach, garden, and pool were really well maintained, and I loved the natural shade around the pool, with all the grass and trees. The food was great for me, with lots of tasty choices, though the dining tables need better cleaning. The coasters smelled odd and weren't washed, they just cleared off any spilled food and put clean cutlery on them. You can't eat outside, which some people may not like. This is a strong four-star hotel by Turkish standards, but I wouldn't rate it five stars for a few reasons. The evening entertainment is scheduled every night and the performances are great, but the partying and noise are so loud that sleeping before 11 pm is out of the question. It's a family hotel with lots of kids, so that could be a problem if you want quiet evenings. Chickens in the yard also mean roosters wake you around 4-5 am. The rooms aren't up to the highest standard. There's no kettle with tea and coffee, and cleaning needs more attention because dust is easy to see on the floors, even though towels and bed sheets are changed daily. There's also loud music and organized volleyball, water polo, and darts during the day. Room internet costs extra, but we knew that since it was clearly stated as not included. We still had a good time :)
