The room itself was lovely, and we had no complaints about the terrace view. We booked that room on the fourth floor because the location was great and the price was good, but don't expect anything wow. There is no lift, which wasn't mentioned on the booking site, and our family of three had to carry one large and two medium trolley bags plus cabin luggage up four floors and back down. It was a miserable experience, and the bags left us with terrible back pain. There was no staff member to help. The lady and elderly gentleman at reception were warm, courteous, and willing to help however they could. The light outside our room was out on the first day, but they fixed it. The terrace door lock, though, wasn't working at all. The listing also says there's a 24-hour front desk, but that's not true: after a certain time nobody is there, and guests get a separate key to enter. The property is really lovely and managed by nice people. It would help to mention the lack of a lift so guests can ask for a lower floor when booking.
