The room was clean and well equipped, good value, and the curtains really darkened it for sleeping. The air conditioning worked, too. What makes Troy special, though, is the people. Get to know the lovely women running the kitchen, their food is delicious and properly cooked, and the two brothers are kind, friendly, and full of knowledge. To me, they are Troy X, as much a part of the experience as the excavations. It's a charming hotel and restaurant where you feel safe and happy. Sitting on the terrace at sunset with a cold Efes beer, looking at the museum opposite after the tourist coaches have left, was a lovely way to spend the evening. Come here, you won't regret it.

On such a picture perfect day, eating outside was a real delight. The owner and staff were wonderful, and made me a delicious cheese omelette and shepherd's salad. The food and service get 10/10 from me.

The owners and staff at Hotel Hisarlik made me feel at home with their kindness and readiness to help. That personal hospitality is a big part of the experience. My room was comfortable and clean, with a lovely view over the museum park, which was especially nice in the morning and evening. I also enjoyed the delicious home-cooked food, full of local flavor and served with care. Hotel Hisarlik is directly opposite the Troy Museum Park and just a short walk from the Troy archaeological site. Whether you're here for the history or just passing through the region, I highly recommend staying here. It's a welcoming place close to one of history's most iconic sites.

I meant to stay two nights and ended up staying three. It was a peaceful, interesting place, with a welcoming hotel and a good breakfast included. The Troy Museum is almost directly across the road, and the archaeological site of Troy is a pleasant 15-minute walk away. There are a few restaurants nearby, including the one at the hotel.

The location in front of TROJA is nearly perfect, and the people are very friendly. The service was absolutely incredible, and the food was super tasty. The rooms, though, are the opposite. The shower is about the size of a shoebox and includes the toilet. It's okay for one night if you have no expectations, but I wouldn't stay longer.
