I was glad the basic but comfortable room had AC and a small balcony. Breakfast was tasty, with a cute view from the top floor, and the hosts were extremely gracious and accommodating. The location is great, on a quiet street near the bus terminal and ferry dock. I stayed three nights and will certainly stay again.

The staff were very kind, and there's a free parking area of their own. It's a small, very clean room with nothing fancy, plus a rooftop restaurant with a view. The hotel is two minutes from the city center and harbour. Good value for what's offered, and a very good budget option for a night or two.

After we'd stayed two nights, they still wouldn't let us leave our luggage in the lobby until evening unless we paid 5 euro. Another nearby hotel took our bags for free.

The only good thing was being close to the center. The outlet didn't work when I tried it, and neither did the light. The AC was completely out, and the “balcony” was just a large door with a bar to stop you falling. We had to leave it open for air, so mosquitoes ate us alive. There was no hot water in the shower either. It felt like sleeping outside would have been the same. Never coming back.

The rooms were spacious and clean, but we were charged about e$10 for asking for three extra eggs at breakfast, even though breakfast was included. That's why I'm giving one star. I won't stay here again, even if I'm passing through. Just my honest opinion, not good.
