Fairy Tale Suites

The breakfast was superb each day, with Zahraa the chef and Tolga the assistant looking after everything we needed. Our rooms were clean and warm through the winter, and they kept replenishing the bottled water. Mr Jan was a splendid host, and our driver, Mr Sadi, was attentive and took us to places locals visit instead of the usual tourist spots. The whole team made us feel like family, so leaving was a little sad. We were also touched by the gifts Mr Jan gave us before we left. We were a family of 4 staying four nights, and Mr Jan went out of his way to make the visit memorable. He arranged the activities we wanted, including sunset horse riding, a quad bike ride, and skiing in Erciyes, then checked in with us after each one. We also got to take a hot air balloon ride, and two days before we left, Cappadocia woke up under a beautiful blanket of snow. Thank you, Mr Jan and everyone. We’d love to return and recommend this place to other visitors.

The staff were kind and accommodating, and helped arrange tours, balloon rides, other experiences, scooter or car rentals, and gave us useful tips on places to see and eat. Breakfast was amazing, and our clean, comfortable room had a bathroom with warm water and good pressure. The hillside and town views were great, and the hotel sits in a lovely little part of the valley. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

Breakfast was generous and delicious. They bring the dishes out to your table, and just when you think that’s all, more keeps arriving. The room was cozy, very clean, and looked out toward the caves on the hill and the rest of town. The staff were the best part for us, friendly, fun to chat with, and quick to take care of everything. They helped arrange some trips, and the driver they recommended was just as helpful and welcoming as they were.

Even after checkout, the team took the time to help us find our way to the next place. They were attentive throughout our stay, making sure we were comfortable and had what we needed. The rooms were spotless and breakfast was fantastic. Really warm hospitality, and highly recommended.
