We ended up stranded with our family after the hotel refused to sort out the problems with our booking. We waited outside for two hours while Booking.com tried to help, and by 5:30 PM it was dark and we had nowhere to stay. We had to scramble to find another hotel at the last minute, which was incredibly stressful. The reservation was eventually canceled by Booking.com, who promised us a refund. The owner then turned off the WiFi, so we couldn't keep communicating with Booking.com. In my experience, the owner and staff were rude and unprofessional and seemed not to care about guests or the promises in their listing. I’d urge tourists to avoid this place and book elsewhere to save themselves a lot of frustration. This review is a warning to other travelers. We had booked a family room for three days through Booking.com. The listing described two large double beds, one single bed, and a sofa bed. Instead, we were given one double bed, two single beds, and a sofa bed. On top of that, the bathroom basin was full of water and leaking. When we raised this with the receptionist, he denied responsibility, said it was the only room available, and rudely told us to contact Booking.com, even after we showed him the listing. Booking.com tried to mediate, but the management kept deflecting. The person said to be the owner told us to speak to the receptionist, who was unavailable, and refused to help.
