The pool was the one bright spot, once the kids had left. Our reservation couldn't be found, the toilet seat was broken, and breakfast came an hour late. There were no upper bed sheets or hand towels.

We stayed here for a vacation, and I've never come across a place this filthy with service this bad.

8/10
The staff were really nice, but the hotel was pricey for what you got. Still, it wasn't a bad place.

The staff were really rude, and the services were practically nonexistent. A really bad hotel.
