The apartment was close to plenty of bakeries and grocery stores, and the price was reasonable. We stayed two nights, and the owner was friendly and reasonable to deal with. Inside, the rooms, toilet, and bathroom were all clean and tidy. The kitchen had most of the cooking utensils. We were on the fourth floor and had a large balcony, though the view wasn't great. There was no parking lot at the apartment, but a designated area in front of the complex had CCTV cameras. One room had an air conditioner, while the others didn't.

Ansar was quick to respond and helpful during our two-night stay. We were five in the family, and found the place nice, clean, and conveniently located. There was a washing machine, stove, and cosy kitchen. We were there in August, and the air conditioning was only in the hall, not the bedrooms.

We’re Malaysian students in Turkey and came to Rize for the Huser yaylasi swing. This was the best apartment we’d stayed in. It was super clean, TERTEMİZ!!, and close to markets and the city centre. It had everything we needed, including a washing machine, aircond, utensils, and an oven. For the price, it was seriously worth our money. İnan bana, başka bir ev kalmak istemedik ve tatilimiz bir gün ertelendik çünkü evden ayrılmak istemedik.

One of the best places to sleep during our Blacksee tour. Definitely somewhere to book for an overnight stay.

A clean, good place for families. Mr. Kadir, the owner, was helpful.
