Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Istanbul Asia Airport

The bedding was awful to sleep on. It was cheap polyester with a plastic mattress cover, so it felt hot and uncomfortable, and I didn't sleep at all. Whoever decided on that setup should be fired and permanently kept out of hospitality. Pegasus was very late and hadn't arranged transfers, which meant several of us missed check-in by ten minutes. The hotel was provided for us. The staff were great, the place was very clean, and the food was decent.

What I’ll remember most is how kind and genuinely caring the team was. From the smiles at reception to the thoughtful little gestures, everyone made an effort to help me feel at home. Their warmth and dedication really came through, and that kind of sincere service is hard to find. The hotel itself is beautiful, too. I had a wonderful stay, and the staff made it special. Thanks to everyone there. I’d happily recommend it and would love to return. 🌷

The team were very friendly and helpful as far as they could be. The hotel is quiet and clean, and it worked well enough for a night after missing a flight. There's not much to do there, though, and getting around means having a car or taking a taxi. It's about 20 minutes from the airport and quite far from the city center. If meals come with your stay, you only get an hour for each one. The food wasn't very good. I missed lunch, served from 13:30 to 14:30, so I ordered mushroom risotto through room service instead. It was tough and badly cooked.

The food and breakfast were just okay, with not much to choose from, and the hotel is far from the city centre if you want to be close to things. We ended up here two weeks ago because our airline booked it after cancelling our flight for two days. The service was frustrating. You had to call and ask more than once to get anything, otherwise they seemed to ignore you. Almost nobody spoke English, and they kept trying to make us understand Turkish.
