The location is good, the staff are friendly, and there’s parking for cars. The road from the main road to the property is about 250 m and isn’t paved, so it gets muddy when it rains. Hot water wasn’t available all the time, which matters a lot in such a cold place. They only turn on the heater at around 8 pm and again around 8 am. The room and toilet are very narrow.

The cabins are cosy, with a lovely shape and wooden interior. Sitting inside makes you feel like a happy little hobbit. There’s a neat foyer in each unit where you can leave wet clothes and things. If you behave yourself, the owner might play you a few tunes on his Black Sea musical instrument.
