At night, when I returned as agreed, both men at reception were extremely rude. I asked whether the apartment had been rented so I could get my deposit and leave. They raised their voices, said it hadn't been rented, and told me to go to the police if I didn't like the answer. Before I came back, I'd heard him tell arriving visitors the hotel was fully booked, so it didn't make sense to me. I asked to at least see the apartment I'd booked and paid an advance for, but he quickly refused and again advised me to go to the police. I had first visited at 11 pm the night before our booking and paid reception 200 ₺ in advance. The next morning, circumstances meant we had to leave Uzungöl on the booking date, so I went to ask politely for the deposit back. He abruptly shouted in Turkish, though I don't speak a word of Turkish, and waved me away dismissively. He eventually called an interpreter, who said he wouldn't return the deposit. After a lot of back and forth, we agreed to wait until evening to see if someone rented the apartment, and that he'd refund us if it did. Reception didn't return my deposit, even after renting out the apartment I'd booked.

The room wasn't clean, and in November it was very cold during the off season. The administration turned off the heating at night, and we all got really cold. The only good point was the cheap price.

The staff were very rude and couldn't care less that we were having problems with their hotel. We didn't get the room we had booked, and the room itself was tiny, as were the toilets. Water leaked all around the toilets and even into the rooms. The kitchen looked like something from a horror movie, and the room smelled like rotten flesh. There was so much noise we couldn't sleep, and the flickering lights made it impossible to rest on top of everything else. When we asked staff for help, they were rude and said we'd have to deal with it. This is the worst hotel I've ever been to, doesn't deserve even one star, and I wouldn't recommend anyone visit. My overall experience was 0/10.

The rooms were big and well organized, and the suite was beautiful. Service was good too. The people there were so kind, and I had a nice time with them.

The place was nice and the staff were good, but it was very expensive. There was too much noise from the room above and the next room, so I couldn't sleep. The curtains weren't clean, and the pillows were very dirty.
