We rented an upper cabin with a living room and two bedrooms. Its riverside setting was beautiful, but the floor, bathroom, and bedding were very dirty. When we asked to have the bedding changed, they refused, and we ended up renting another hotel. Even with Uzungol’s beauty and atmosphere, it was a terrible experience that affected us psychologically.

The location in Uzungol is prime, close to all the amenities. The cabin has three rooms and two bathrooms: two rooms and one bathroom downstairs, then one room and one bathroom upstairs. May God bless you.

The cabin was small, just right for two people, with a bedroom upstairs and a bathroom and living room on the ground floor. It has two floors and sits right by the river, about 200 meters from the lake. The place is beautiful and clean. I want to thank Mr. Hussein, who was respectful, helpful, and generous. I lost my car key, so I called him and he came to help me look. We went to the lake, where I’d last been, then walked back to the cabin and searched inside. Thank God, we found the key. I’d booked two days without breakfast, but he gave me breakfast on the last day. Honestly, he deserves all the best. May God bless him.

There were problems everywhere, with no redeeming qualities. The place was filthy, with no air conditioning, and we couldn’t open the windows because there was garbage and a terrible smell outside. The tap didn’t work, and there was a cobweb in the room. When we asked for it to be removed, the staff refused. The mattress was covered in broth, hair, and dead insects. We asked why it hadn’t been changed, and they said it had. When we asked again, the employee said it was all there and left without cleaning. The staff were rude and unprofessional, and the hotel was a dump, the worst there was. They also changed our reservation. We’d booked one day before, but the contract said two days, and it was in Turkish even though we don’t understand Turkish. Everything was terrible.
