The welcome was warm and professional from the moment I arrived, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Service was outstanding. My room was clean and spacious, with an elegant design that felt both comfortable and stylish. I highly recommend this hotel.
The hotel management handled my request well and arranged everything I needed for my honeymoon on short notice. Thank you for making the stay memorable.
The staff were so kind, and the hotel was 100% clean. I think it’s the best hotel in Uzongol. Thanks so much, I’ll come again and advise everyone to book here.
The rooms had a nice view, and the whole place was pleasant. The rooms, especially the bathrooms, were very clean, and reception staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet needed more variety and wasn’t very good. The location wasn’t great, with Uzungol lake 10-15 minutes away, and there wasn’t much to do on site.
Being so close to Uzungöl lake was a big plus. The rooms were clean, the staff kind, and the service good. I had a very comfortable stay and would highly recommend Julanda.
