We went as two families and ended up staying only because we had to. The rooms were very small and noisy, and set up like an apartment building. They were connected, with glass at the top of the doors covered by cloth. We were told one room cost 900 TL and the air-conditioned one 1000 TL, but neither room had air conditioning. There was just one towel in a double room, and the water supply was very limited. I wouldn’t recommend it unless you have no choice. Pay a little more and stay somewhere decent.

We were there for five days, and the place was cleaned just once, after we spent an hour trying to get someone to do it. We’d paid a lot, not a cheap rate, and even that cleaning was shoddy. When we asked for another clean, an employee just left the broom at the door! It was honestly shameful. The living room rug was disgusting, the bathroom and walls were filthy, and there was barely any soap, toilet paper, or garbage bags. The water heater worked only now and then, sometimes taking three hours, and nobody was there. There was no air conditioning or window screens, so opening a window let in mosquitoes and other insects. It was awful. The electrical outlets were broken and in terrible shape.

For 110 TL, it was good value. We were two people, but our room didn’t have a hairdryer, shampoo, tissues, and so on, so remember to bring those along.

Being able to walk to the lake and not having to worry about parking were big pluses. The price was reasonable and our room was clean, though the bathroom was very small. I'd recommend staying here.
