Zeren Pansiyon

The place was clean and the view was nice, but the route there is really tricky. The only easy way to reach the owner is WhatsApp. I never saw the owner; someone handed me the key and that was it. It was cold for two nights. I messaged the owner on WhatsApp asking them to turn on the heat because I had three kids. They replied, "OK," but the heat never came on, and the apartment stayed cold. I left a night early as a result. The modem was in the apartment and the internet showed full bars, but there was no connection at all.

Zeren Pansiyon was a good choice for me. I stayed on the ground floor in a two-bedroom apartment that was very clean and had the necessary items. It also had a beautiful terrace and was nicely situated away from the crowded lake.

We booked two apartments, and both were clean and nice. The staff were also really helpful and friendly. I gave four stars because the booking site's photos showed a better view. They told us an apartment had recently been built in the way, which made the pictures feel kind of misleading. Apart from that, everything was good.

They turn off the warmer while we're asleep, even after I spoke to reception more than twice. It feels like they're trying to save money instead of keeping guests happy. This is a robbery. You can find somewhere better for less. Whatever happens, just don't come here.
