The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were very attentive. Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean.

The terrace restaurant was excellent for hygiene, price and taste, and the rooms were clean. We were generally happy with both the service and the price. We stayed five nights in an apartment room with three friends and checked out today. The Municipal Thermal Springs are within walking distance. The bathroom and sink looked about 20 years old and didn't fit the hotel's exterior or interior at all. They told us they planned to renovate them at the end of the season. There were no towels or phone in the apartment room, but it did have a TV, air conditioning and mini fridge. If I came again, I'd stay at the same hotel without looking around first.

The owner told me the staff were complaining about us after I pointed out the hotel's shortcomings. When I asked what they'd complained about, the answer was that I'd requested open ayran as a drink with dinner. I laughed and said if asking for plain buttermilk in a place surrounded by nature and livestock farming is something to complain about, they can complain about me all the time. I definitely don't recommend this hotel. We were there for one night during Eid al-Adha. There were no phones in the rooms, so you had to go downstairs or use your cell phone to reach reception. At check-in they couldn't stop talking up breakfast, but what we got was ordinary. The menu supposedly included scrambled eggs with meat, but the dish came without eggs. When we asked why, they said, "We gave you a 150 TL discount last night, so we had to cut back." So apparently two eggs and 10 grams of scrambled meat cost 150 TL. A guest from outside asked for a spread breakfast. They said he had to order a portion for two, so he ended up ordering it alone and paid for two. He left most of what they brought, without eating even a quarter of it. I felt awful for him. Charging one person for a two-person breakfast was pure torture.

We've been choosing this place for the last two years, and both the apartments and hotel rooms have been very nice and clean. They're well equipped and have what you need. If you're after quality, cleanliness and comfort, you should come here. The top-floor terrace cafe is fantastic for its food, drinks, staff and breakfast. The rooms have hot water, a kettle, coffee maker, hairdryer, air conditioning, an armchair, table, wardrobes and a kitchenette area. It's lovely to find this level of comfort and quality in Çermik. I hope other hotels with a village concept become more civilized too and offer services that help this popular place develop.
