Aden Garden Otel

We paid 6000 TL for one night, and it was a really awful place. There was little care or attention from the owner, who had built himself a mansion and seemed to sleep all the time. He didn't even provide us with a sunbed or umbrella. He showed up later, and his lack of concern for customers was obvious. Customer satisfaction should come first. There was just one breakfast table for our family of four: cheese, half a tomato, half a cucumber, two slices of cheese, and two kinds of jam. Mosquitoes and insects were around the rooms. The exterior door, toilet, and room doors wouldn't close. The coffee machine in our room was broken, though they replaced it. The refrigerator was broken too and was replaced later. My friend caught a finger in a door, and there wasn't even a first aid kit. They charged 350₺ for one plain soda and cherry juice, then said they'd help us with the old price :).

We planned a quick two-night stay, but ended up adding another night. As soon as we walked into the garden, the hotel and bungalow won us over. I loved spending time there with my dog, and the location made it easy to get around by car. The whole staff were attentive and helpful. The breakfast only seemed buffet-style because it was open to the public. We paid 350 TL for a beer that costs 250 TL even at the best places in Alaçatı. I'd ask the price before ordering anything.

I wouldn't recommend this place. We stayed five nights and six days, and it didn't meet our expectations. The pool was tiny, like a children's pool, and so crowded that we couldn't use it once. The location seemed good when we chose it, but without a car you'll be in a terrible situation. There was no hand soap or water in the room, so we had to buy both at the market. The drains didn't work, and even a five-minute shower flooded the whole bathroom. Nobody cleaned the room during our six-day stay or offered to change our towels. When checking out, we were asked to pay extra for coffee even though we'd paid for breakfast. I've never experienced anything like that, and paid 650 TL for 4-5 coffees. I do want to thank the tall, dark-haired young employee and the sweet woman at breakfast, who were helpful with everything I needed. The others only seemed interested in money and didn't care about anything else.
