AlaBora Hotel - Alaçatı

We were pleased with our choice of Alabora Hotel for our 5 days in Alacati in May. It’s in a quiet spot, and the two sisters who run it, along with the rest of the staff, were very friendly. Breakfast was made with care and tasted good, with a different hot dish each day. Our room was a little small, but the bed was very comfortable, and we had good WiFi and a safe. We hadn’t realized that rooms are cleaned on request, as that hadn’t been explained when we arrived and wasn’t what we were used to at other boutique hotels. I expect you can get fresh towels and similar things when you request cleaning. The only small downside was being next to the kitchen. Corridor noises woke us early in the morning, sometimes as early as 6am. That wouldn’t stop us booking again. A room on the lower or upper floor might be quieter.

Breakfast was varied, really good, and clearly made with care. We especially liked the homemade orange marmalade, and the owner even gave us a little jar to take home. It survived the long trip. We stayed at this lovingly furnished hotel in May 2023. Everyone was very kind and helpful, and the hotel was clean. Our room was right by the kitchen, so the morning noise woke us early, but that was only a minor issue. We had a great stay and would come back. We were very happy with everything, thank you! ❤️

They surprised us for our Birthday, and were kind people who served a fantastic breakfast. The beds were comfortable and the hotel was really good. If your room is on the ground floor, though, you might not be able to rest at noon. It was quiet at night. Thanks for everything.

The hospitality was heartwarming, and the dishes were amazing. The cocktails were incredible and very reasonably priced. It’s also within walking distance of the city center. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Alaçatı, and can’t wait to come back next year.
