The people are what make this place stand out. Yaşar Bey was kind and attentive, and I felt safe, supported, and cared for throughout my stay. The staff went out of their way because they truly seemed to care, and I was welcomed like family. It’s rare to find somewhere that makes you feel so valued. This family-run hotel is warm from the moment you arrive, with thoughtful touches throughout. The location is close to everything but still peaceful, and the whole place feels cozy and meaningful. I’m already counting down to my return.

The breakfast was all delicious, and the hotel was exceptionally clean, easily a 10/10. Everyone on staff was friendly and helpful, and each conversation felt sincere and welcoming. It’s a peaceful, inviting place, with lovely design and the warmth of a family-run hotel. Mustafa and Yasar went above and beyond to see that we were comfortable and had what we needed promptly. We’re grateful to them both, and would love to stay at Alaçatı Jera hotel again.

We spent three nights here and were glad we chose this boutique hotel. Mr. Mustafa and the rest of the staff made the stay special with their hospitality. The service, breakfast, and cleanliness were all excellent. Thank you for such a lovely visit!
