Just perfect.

The room cleaning was done every day, so I don’t understand the earlier complaints about cleanliness after staying a week. The hotel is tidy, quiet, and peaceful despite being right by the road, and it’s in a great spot if you like walking. For the prices around here, I thought it was very good value. Breakfast was adequate for the price, though the menu could be better. The staff are young, friendly, and still developing, but they work hard to make you feel at home. They could give guests a bit more information about amenities and things to do nearby. Emre was attentive and always had a friendly smile, thanks to him. Would I stay again if I came back? Absolutely. Edit: The fettuccine Alfredo was legendary. I’d suggest trying the hotel’s dining options.

The central location is the one real plus. We stayed for 7 days and never managed to have breakfast, with flies crawling over the food. I know insects can be hard to avoid outdoors, but even the olives had no taste. They charged 10 TL for a small plastic water bottle. I’ve never seen one cost that much even in Istanbul’s fanciest places, though I wouldn’t have minded paying it for a glass bottle. The staff were friendly and tried to help, but seemed inexperienced. Credit to the room cleaner and the lady and gentleman with glasses at reception. 🙏🏻 At these high prices, I don’t think it’s worth it. With a discount, though, it might be fair value.

The shower drain was clogged, and water spilled out of the shower every day, leaving dirty water around our feet. We complained about the bathroom and room cleanliness as well as the drain, but the hotel did nothing and offered no solution. The bathroom was so dirty that my wife and I bought bleach at the market and cleaned it ourselves. Hygiene and support were both zero. We booked for 7 days and wish we’d never come. It was disgraceful. I strongly recommend staying somewhere else.
