We booked a "Standard Double Room" months ahead because the photos showed a spacious room. What we got was tiny and nothing like the listing. Management told us they use that same room label for several different rooms, and that the one shown in the photos was occupied. We wanted a refund so we could leave, but management refused. They said, "We've been waiting for you for months, this is the only season we make money so we cannot let you go." When we pointed out the misleading photos, they admitted, "If I put pictures of that room, nobody would book it." They also tried to charge extra for a different room, which still wasn’t the one we had booked. We had to involve the booking website to get our money back. This felt like a deliberate bait-and-switch: they know the actual rooms wouldn’t bring bookings, so they use better-room photos to draw people in. There are plenty of better and cheaper places nearby. After the booking website stepped in, we got a full refund and found better accommodation in the area. Don’t waste your time or money here.

The pool was awesome, and the hotel itself is beautiful. Our room was clean and had excellent air conditioning, and breakfast had a delicious variety. The hosts were super friendly and always ready to help. We loved our stay and will definitely come back. Highly recommend!

The managers, Bullent and Zainab, and their lovely assistant Oya made our stay memorable with warm hospitality and thoughtful touches. We can’t wait to come back. The villa-style hotel is surrounded by greenery, with a peaceful, charming feel and lots of character. It felt like a little escape from the world. If you’re looking for a relaxing, authentic stay in Alaçatı, this is a lovely place to book. 🌿✨💚🌸

The owner met us at the gate and showed us to our room, and she was warm and helpful throughout our stay. We had clean, comfortable surroundings, a roomy bathroom with a huge shower and strong water pressure, plus Wi-Fi, air conditioning and extra blankets. Extra towels arrived as soon as we asked. We even spent a whole day by the lovely saltwater pool instead of heading back to the beach; there’s an outdoor shower for rinsing off. The hotel sits among pretty houses, flowers and olive trees, with parking on the street out front. Shops and restaurants in the village are an easy walk away, and the beaches are a 10-15 minute drive. Breakfast had a nice changing selection each morning, including olives from the hotel’s own trees, along with good coffee and tea. It was our first trip through Turkey, and if we return to the area, I’d happily stay here again.
