The spot itself was lovely, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Still, after a long day of travel we were hungry and chose it because it was right by where we were staying. We ordered from the menu we’d downloaded, but the food looked nothing like the pictures. I expected meatballs with rice, salad, and fries. What arrived was dry bits of meat in mushy tomato sauce, with none of the sides. The wine was awful, and the bill was outrageous. We learned from that mistake and picked more carefully after this meal. I felt they took advantage of us as tourists, which was a rough start to our holiday. We paid 2,800 TL for two small half meals and a drink each. A rip-off.

Everything is within walking distance from Zeynep Hotel, which sits right in the city center. It’s a spacious, quality boutique hotel with a refined feel. The rooms are clean, and the staff are attentive. Many thanks to Ms. Zeynep, Mr. Samir, Mr. Şükrü, and Mr. Mustafa for looking after us.

Right in the middle of the market, the location is excellent, with both the upper area and windmills and the lower part of Alaçatı nearby. The staff were very attentive and sorted out any issues straight away. Breakfast was delicious, and the rooms were very clean. The AC, TV, and shower all worked great. I left my charger behind on the way home, and they even sent it back to me. The only small thing missing was a pair of slippers, but that’s not a big deal. Everything else was 10/10.

The owner is attentive, polite, and meticulous. This is a small, spotless boutique hotel in central Alaçatı, with all the attractions about a 10-minute walk away.
