We had 13 drinks between us at the nightclub, but the bill charged us for 19, totaling 27,000 TL. We objected several times and got nowhere.

The rooms were mediocre, and being on the ground floor meant we couldn’t sleep or enjoy our vacation because of the noise. The hotel also looked nothing like it did online, and the hygiene was poor. I was completely dissatisfied and wouldn’t recommend anyone stay here. We’d booked upper-floor rooms a month ahead, but when we arrived, the manager said he knew nothing about the reservation and claimed it had been made through an agency. He gave us basic ground-floor rooms instead. We’d already paid in advance, so we felt we couldn’t say anything.

The nightclub noise at night was awful and made it impossible to sleep. We also kept bumping into the floorboards in the ground-floor room. We’d reserved months ahead, but when we got there, they said their relationship with the company we’d booked through had ended. They wouldn’t give us an upstairs room and put us on the ground floor instead. I didn't like it at all, and I don't recommend it.

The friendly staff were attentive, and the hotel’s architecture and service made it a place we admired and enjoyed. It’ll be among the hotels we remember fondly.

A perfect place for an after-party. The music kept going until 6:30 pm.
