Merve looked after us really well, which is why I’d rate the stay 4.5 out of 5. Our standard size room overlooked the pool, and the fireplace gave it a special touch. On windy days, though, I wouldn’t recommend using it because of the smell. The only disappointment came when I reached under the bed for something we’d dropped. There was a lot of dirt, and it clearly hadn’t been cleaned under there or beneath the cupboards. Still, we were very satisfied with the service.

A magnificent hotel, with a simple, harmonious design and refined professional touches throughout. The colors and details all work beautifully together. The people and communication were excellent too.

The evening appetizers and meats were very good, and we loved the atmosphere. Prices were quite reasonable, and the location and comfort made for a pleasant night. We might come back on our next visit. Breakfast was included but just average, and the oatmeal bowl on the menu wasn’t available because they didn’t have the ingredients. Also, some pillows had clumps of hair on them, so the room cleaning could have been more careful. Thanks to Ms. Selin for looking after us. Her dogs were very, very cute.

I spent around five days here while visiting Alaçatı, and the welcoming feel really did match what people say in the reviews. The staff were especially lovely. It’s a boutique place, so there may be small drawbacks, but anything minor that came up was dealt with quickly. I’d come back to see my little friends next time I’m in Alaçatı.
