The hotel is 3-4 km from Çeşme, with markets and other amenities nearby, and I think the value for the price is good. We came as two families this year. The staff were attentive, especially Mr. Cengiz, who looked after us well. It's not a luxurious hotel, but the family rooms are clean and adequate. The pool seemed a little neglected, and breakfast was slightly below average.

The breakfast was nice, and the small staff team were friendly, but the hotel felt seriously worn down and neglected. I heard it is run by Professor Mustafa Denizli. The dirt was worse than simple neglect: long hairs inside the refrigerator really shocked me, and there were hairs on the chairs and floors too. The photos gave a misleading impression, as they did for me. For the price, the value was beyond negative. I gave it three stars only because my conscience wouldn't let me give fewer.

We had a pleasant holiday, with a sea and pool view from our room. The room and balcony were spacious, the hotel was clean, and everyone working there was very helpful. Thank you.

We'd like to thank the reception staff for being so attentive. This is Professor Mustafa's hotel. Mr. Mert...

Across from Kondo Suite is another hotel with the same concept, location, and view. The only differences are the names and the entrances.
