Dantela Butik Hotel

My husband and I chose Dantela Butik Hotel in Çeşme because it had high ratings, 9+, and positive Booking.com reviews. What we found was disgraceful. We arrived late on July 19 after a long flight, expecting a clean room, but there was hair all over the floor and bed, wet and dirty towels lying around, and dust everywhere. It felt filthy and neglected, like nobody had prepared the room for guests. We asked for a refund and did get our money back, but the staff didn't try to fix anything or apologize. They were arrogant and indifferent. They offered no alternative room and made no effort to make it right. We had to leave in the middle of the night, exhausted, and spend the rest of it looking for somewhere else to stay. Thankfully, we found a clean place with kind, respectful people, the complete opposite of Dantela Butik Hotel. I feel misled by the ratings and reviews. The service was unprofessional, the cleanliness unacceptable, and the staff's attitude appalling. Booking.com should seriously reconsider listing this hotel. I strongly warn others not to be fooled by the ratings and to avoid it.

The traditional Turkish breakfast was a highlight, with fresh local ingredients and clear care put into making it each morning. My room had an amazing view and was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. The friendly staff's warm welcome made me feel at home as soon as I arrived. There was a lovely mix of local charm and modern comfort, and it was easy to unwind, explore the beautiful surroundings, or spend a quiet moment on the balcony. My stay at this charming hotel in Cesme, Turkey, was wonderful. The hospitality, view, and food made it memorable. I'm looking forward to coming back and would recommend it to anyone looking for a special getaway.

The hotel, its view, the owners, and the vibe around the place all made this the most wonderful place in my life. I can't explain how great it felt, I'd give it millions of stars. The terrace was our favorite part, with its lovely sea view and Turkish breakfast every morning. We stayed five nights, and the hotel was very clean, with fresh towels each day. The staff were kind and really helpful, and the location made everything we needed easy to reach. We felt at home and would definitely recommend it.
