DBD Hotel Alacati

Selin, the administrator, was attentive, cheerful, and took care of everything I needed. The location was very good, and I left feeling really pleased with my trip.

We were two girls staying in Alaçatı for seven nights, and Harun made the evenings feel comfortable and welcoming. His sincerity, attentiveness, and reassuring manner made us feel at home. Without him, I don’t think we could have sat out on the veranda in the evenings. There were some daytime issues at the hotel that made things difficult, but the central location was convenient and the rooms, while at boutique hotel standard, had more than we needed. I wholeheartedly recommend it for a safe, friendly, enjoyable holiday.

Mr. Harun at the night reception was the reason we managed to bear the problems at Dbd Alaçatı. He was polite, respectful, empathetic, and genuinely seemed to enjoy his work. Whenever something went wrong, he listened and tried to find a solution. That kind of professional, guest focused care was a great stroke of luck for us, and all three stars here are thanks to his effort. We shouldn’t lose employees like him. Thank you again, Mr. Harun. The week began badly: without warning, we were put in a crowded, uncomfortable ground floor room. We were two young women and asked to move for safety and comfort, but they demanded a very high price difference and rejected the request without helping. Cleaning only happened if we asked. Power went out on four of our seven nights, and water was off in the evenings on all seven. The daytime receptionist’s communication, indifference, and lack of help were disappointing. On our last day, her insincere, unfriendly manner as we left was upsetting too.

The main inconvenience was the Saturday market, which made it a bit hard to get around. Otherwise, I was very happy with my two nights at DBD Boutique Hotel and would stay again. There’s a parking lot across the street for people arriving by car, and street parking is also possible. The Sunday breakfast was delicious and had almost everything you could imagine. Sinem Hanım and Harun Bey were friendly and made us feel at home. My balcony and bay window room was clean, spacious, and really captured the spirit of Alaçatı.
