The rubbish was left lying around for days, and the kitchen, laundry, and ironing area were all together in one place. I couldn’t find clean sheets, pillowcases, or towels, and there was no room service at all. Hygiene and cleanliness were practically absent. You’ll feel you’ve wasted your money and been treated disrespectfully. I even doubt the hotel has a license, and plan to look into that separately and file a complaint.

The location was the only good part, and the stay wasn’t worth the money. The breakfast was worthless, and the manager barely communicated. There was no regular cleaning or daily rubbish collection, and nobody asked whether we needed fresh towels or sheets. The building was old, neglected, and extremely dirty, with no seasonal deep clean either. The kitchen was chaotic, full of old things, and hygiene seemed completely disregarded.

The only upside was being next to Deniz. The room smelled awful, and no one cleaned at all. We had to change the sheets ourselves and take out the rubbish. Old furniture and garbage were everywhere, and breakfast was terrible too. Definitely don’t stay here.

Breakfast was included in the room price, while dinner cost extra, and you can eat either at the hotel or at other restaurants nearby. The view is stunning: step onto the balcony and it feels as if you’re right over the sea, with the Greek islands visible across the water. Çeşme and Alaçatı are reachable by minibus. The town gets especially windy in the evenings, so bring a jacket.
