The location is excellent, but the service was really disappointing. Our room was filthy when we checked in, with hair on the bathroom floor and stains on the bedding. We asked them to clean it again, but when we got back that evening, nothing had changed. They said we should have left our key behind after locking the door. Why would I leave a key in a room with my belongings? There’s no real security, since anyone can get in easily. Breakfast is supposed to start at 9:30, but it takes at least an hour to be ready. We arrived at 10:00 and only got to eat until 11:30. I wouldn’t recommend the place. Pay a bit more and stay somewhere you can at least count on having a clean room.

The service and attention were excellent, and the hotel and room interiors are charming. Some rooms are quite small, so keep that in mind when booking. I’d suggest slightly wider beds, even though the bed base itself was a little wider. Breakfast was very good and filling, but it would be nice to have more variety than the same hot fried rice every day. The hotel is right in the center of Alaçatı, next to a nightclub that stays active until 5 a.m. We were tired but couldn’t sleep because of the noise on our first night, so the location may be a problem. The streets are closed to traffic, which means you’ll need to park at least 500 meters away.

The hotel is right in the center, which is perfect. We got there at 3:00 AM, and Mr. Mücahit welcomed us and offered soup. There had been a mix-up with the room, but they made up for it by including breakfast, which was good. I wasn’t keen on the room wall decor, as it looked a bit dirty.

The hotel is charming, centrally located, and within walking distance of everything. The management was excellent, and the breakfast was legendary, delicious, and filling. They helped us with everything during our 3-night, 4-day stay. Mücahit took great care of us and gave us directions. My wife and I were very pleased, and we recommend it to everyone. Thank you for everything. 🌺😇
