Elda Alacati Hotel

Great service.

The location was nice and away from noisy areas, and parking wasn’t a problem. We stayed two nights, and the staff were helpful. But the room was small and smelled unpleasant from the drain. It also wasn’t cleaned at all during those two days. On arrival there was only water, and none was offered again the next day.

We didn’t get to use the pool, so I can’t comment on it. The staff were friendly and helpful, and it was thoughtful of them to turn on the AC before we arrived to cool the room. The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from Alaçatı market, and the location was okay, but the rooms were much smaller than we expected, which bothered my wife. The bed was uncomfortable, especially in the summer heat with the mattress protector, so I’d suggest more cotton sheets. Breakfast was well below what we’d hoped for. One night an alarm in a room kept going for minutes and woke everyone, which showed the sound insulation isn’t great. If you walk uphill to the left from the hotel, Deniz Pide serves very good pides (Turkish flatbreads) at reasonable prices. We stayed three nights.

We were three girls staying for seven nights, and we were really pleased with the place. Everything was amazing, from the very central location close to everything to the attentive, friendly staff. The breakfast and meals were delicious too :)
