You can hear conversations from other rooms, so the sound insulation seems poor. We also missed having a mini-fridge or even a kettle, and had to ask for towels. The air conditioning did work well, and the staff were polite. The pool looked nice, though the weather kept us from using it. Breakfast was just okay, so don't expect much. The rooms felt cramped for three people, though probably fine for two adults or two adults and a child. Some have balconies, and I'd choose one since without it there's nowhere to spend time outside the room. There are quite a few shortcomings, but I wasn't unhappy with the stay. For a couple of days, it's good value for money.

I stayed here for two seasons and found it a quiet place to unwind. Alaçatı and Ilıca are close by car, and the bus stop is within walking distance, so getting around by minibus is easy. The staff greet you warmly and make you feel at home. The food in the dining area is delicious, with reasonable prices for Çeşme. In my view, it offers very good value, and I'd recommend it for a trip with family or friends.

We really enjoyed our stay. The owners were friendly and attentive, and the hotel was both clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good too. Thanks, we'd gladly come back.
