Enki Royal Cesme Hotel

We couldn't wait to leave and got out early in the morning. Our room felt dirty, with hair on the bedsheets, a mould-covered shower, a bathroom sink tap that didn't work, and broken balcony door handle and curtains. We were the only guests, yet heard noises in the hallway and outside our door around 2-3am and felt unsafe. Reception shut at midnight, so anyone could walk into the building. The receptionist was friendly, but spoke only Turkish. It was a terrible stay.

The hotel was very clean, and the staff were extremely polite. All the amenities were provided. I'd definitely recommend it to tourists staying in Çesme.

The room had a great view and was spacious, and the pool area was nice too. The location was okay, with a beach nearby and taxis making it easy to get around. But the room wasn't very clean, there was a previous guest's bathing suit left behind, and the bathroom ventilators were extremely dusty and falling apart. Communication was a real problem. None of the staff spoke any English, emails got no answer, and calls were cut off several times. It wasn't clear who worked there, and reception seemed poorly staffed. We were charged extra for parts of breakfast without anyone telling us they weren't included, and couldn't explain ourselves because nobody understood English. I wouldn't recommend staying there.

We chose to forget our reservation and book somewhere else because we didn't feel comfortable. Money didn't matter at that point. The place is far from the beautiful city center and on the wrong side of famous Ilıca beach. Staff didn't seem educated, didn't answer emails, and their attempts to help only made things worse. I wouldn't recommend it to any tourist. They seem to be there just to take your money. Don't risk booking outside a 5-star hotel if you want to avoid surprises.
