Our room’s comfort and cleanliness went well beyond what we expected, and the hotel kept the pool and shared spaces impeccably clean too. The Balinese massage at the spa was excellent and left us feeling refreshed physically and mentally. From check-in, the whole team made us feel special. Mr. Efe, Ms. Zeynep, and Mr. Bilal were especially attentive, friendly, and professional. Whenever we needed something, staff handled it quickly and with care, and their problem-solving made it clear they wanted guests to be happy. We felt at home and had an unforgettable vacation. The children felt happy and special here, and the staff were warm and friendly with them. It’s a very suitable hotel for families with kids. We also enjoyed the spa, especially the massage, which felt both professional and relaxing. We stayed in a family room for four, and it was comfortable and meticulously cleaned every day. There were no hygiene issues. The food was varied and delicious, with high quality, carefully prepared dishes from breakfast through dinner. Thanks to the restaurant team for their work. Ms. Zeynep at reception helped us with everything and always greeted us with a smile. We appreciated the General Manager, Mr. Bilal, taking such an interest in our satisfaction as well. We found the hotel exceptionally clean, from our room to the shared areas, and had no hygiene concerns during our stay. We had a perfect Alaçatı holiday, helped along by the central location. Many thanks to General Manager Mr. Bilal, Ms. Zeynep for looking after us with a smile, and Mr. Şeyhmus for the delicious food.
