Galano Suites Alaçatı

Lovely place, lovely staff.

We spent a lot of time researching before choosing this hotel, and it was worth it. We stayed five nights in a king suite on the pool level. The room was huge and near the pool, with a seating area just outside screened by plants for privacy. Breakfast was brought to the seating area in front of our room, though there were other tables available for those who preferred them. The hotel was clean, staff were attentive and polite, and the breakfast pastries were fantastic. We felt right at home. It had been hard for us to find a dependable place in Alaçatı, but we'd recommend this one in every way. Many thanks to owner Mr. Ömer and all the staff, with love :)

We landed at Galano Suites after a problem at another hotel led our tour company to send us here. We were glad we did. From check-in, the team were polite, attentive, and friendly. They remembered our names and were quick to sort out anything we needed. Our spotless ground-floor room opened onto the pool, and breakfast was served right outside our door, which made it feel like home. The breakfast was fantastic. I can't remember the last time I ate Turkish fried dough, pişi, and Turkish cigarette börek, sigara böreği, three days in a row. :) Thanks to the whole team for such high-quality service.

We had a peaceful five-day holiday and would love to come back. The location is central and convenient, and unlike the small side streets, it's easy for parking. The owner is friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and the staff are always ready to assist. Pool bar drinks are tasty and very reasonably priced, and breakfast was fresh and delicious. The pool has a modern color and looks great in pictures with the banana trees in the garden.
