Set among villas with pools in Şifne, this place is 6 km from Çeşme center, 8 km from Alaçatı center, and 3 km from Ilıca beach. Migros, A101, Şok, bakeries, and grocery stores are nearby. The villa has a roomy garden and a square pool, 1.50 cm deep. It works well for a family or a group of up to 8 adults. Inside are a living room with kitchen, 3 bedrooms across the ground and first floors, 2 bathrooms, and 2 toilets. The living room and bedrooms have air conditioning. Authorized companies handle routine pool and garden care as well as pest control. There are fire and burglar alarm systems. I'd recommend it to families and groups of friends looking for a peaceful holiday.

We had problems throughout our four-day stay. The refrigerator wasn't working when we arrived, and the suggestion was to use the one in the neighboring villa, so we had to move it over ourselves. The next day, that villa, which has the same owner, was rented to strangers. Their noise kept us up until morning, especially hard with children. I'd specifically asked about this before booking because the villas are attached. The pool was very dirty and broke on the final day, leaving us unable to use it. The beds were uncomfortable, one air conditioner leaked, and the one in the bedroom was useless. The pots and pans weren't usable either. Then, before checkout on our last day, the owner's wife and the cleaner came in saying they'd start cleaning. There was no privacy. We've never had such a ridiculous experience.

We really liked the house and its location, and the owners were helpful. We were very pleased with our stay. Thank you.

Small and narrow, but it meets expectations.
