The location was great and mostly quiet, and the hospitality was amazing. The family-run staff made me feel at home with their lovely service. I'd love to return. Teşekkür ederim!

The location was the main thing going for the hotel, and we initially thought it was decent value for the area. But the cleanliness was below average, the supposed balconies were shared spaces rather than part of the rooms, and there was noise all the time. On our last morning, a woman we hadn't seen before said we hadn't paid for breakfast. She claimed she'd been watching us for three days and had seen us eating, and said there were no bagels because we booked without breakfast but ate anyway. We thought our online booking included breakfast, so we were taken aback. At reception I offered to pay while trying to understand what had happened, but she kept pointing at something on her screen in a condescending way, much like accounts in other reviews I'd read. I skipped breakfast that final day and paid for the previous two. I'm leaving with no intention of coming back. I expect the reply will be something like, "Don't come anyway, we don't want customers like you."

We were looking for somewhere calm near Alaçatı and Çeşme Ilıca, handy for everything, with parking and a reasonable price. İmren's Hotel turned out to fit. It has sea views and parking, and felt peaceful. The rooms were airy and very roomy, with plenty of closet space, a dressing mirror, and what felt like a second dressing room. The bathroom and toilet were separate. The hotel also works well for people with disabilities, older guests, and families, and the breakfast buffet had lots of choice. What stayed with us most was how warmly the family treated us. It felt like visiting someone's home, not being served as customers. Veysi Abi, his wife, and their daughters were caring and helpful throughout. My wife is disabled and felt as comfortable there as she does at home. They also helped us with trips to nearby Ilıca Beach, so taking swimming breaks was easy. Just beside the hotel, Şifa Thermal Hotel offered thermal baths and a spa at a reasonable daytime price, which we enjoyed too. We'd choose İmren's Hotel again if we return to Çeşme or Alaçatı, and would feel confident leaving our parents in Veysi Abi's care. Thanks for everything.

We came from Istanbul for a weekend and stayed in room 12 on August 2nd, 2025. Our family of four includes daughters aged 18 and 15, and our younger daughter is autistic. Ms. Ece and the hotel team treated us with real kindness and care, and we appreciated that a lot. The room was very clean and good value, with a large, comfortable bathroom. Breakfast was varied and filling, and I especially enjoyed trying the chili pepper jam. I'd recommend staying here.
