We stayed for two days, and our terrace room was very clean. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the terrace had a fantastic view of Chios Island. It was peaceful, away from the noise and bustle, and very close to the sea. Breakfast was simple but good, and having a thermos of tea at each table was a nice touch.

The sea is right nearby, and markets and cafes are close too, so everything is easy to reach. There was no trouble finding parking, and the breakfast bread and bagels were fresh each day. The rooms were tidy and clean, and the owners were attentive, helpful, and always found a solution. You can eat on the terrace with a view of Chios Island. I'd recommend this place and will keep coming back.

There are better hotels and guesthouses nearby for the same price. Our room was below standard and the hotel seemed old and poorly maintained. The bathroom wasn't clean, with someone else's hair on the floor and in the shower, and wet surfaces. The bed and mattress were stained and hadn't been cleaned. They changed the sheets when we asked, but the stains underneath were still visible. The television didn't work.

If you want a clean, comfortable and peaceful stay, this is the right place. Everything was perfect for me, and the service was high quality. Mr. Kaan especially made me feel at home with his warm manner, attention and professionalism. Thank you, and see you again!

The terrace has a lovely sunset view of Chios Island, and the sea is just a minute away. The staff were helpful and friendly. A great value for money hotel.
