The reception was welcoming and professional, and the service throughout was smooth and attentive. The staff are warm, always ready to help, and keep the hotel impeccably clean. Staying at Kaipo Hotel felt like coming home, with a real sense of comfort and relaxation. It's a place I would choose again and again without hesitation. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, style and genuine hospitality in Alaçatı.

The quiet nights were a real plus: KAIPO (Kaipo) is only a two-minute walk from Alaçatı’s lively center, but far enough away to sleep peacefully. The rooms were lovely, clean, and comfortable, and the pool was spotless and relaxing. The whole property felt safe and welcoming, too. At night, the staff even offered to walk us wherever we needed to go. What brought us back after a trip to another city was the people. Eren, Emir, Mehmet, Barış, Metin, and Furkan were all kind, respectful, and attentive, and made us feel at home from the start. We couldn’t find a fault in the service. We’ve stayed at a lot of hotels, and this was one of our best experiences. We love the place and the team, and we’ll definitely return.

The courtyard garden and pool were a lovely place to spend time, especially with the baby cats playing around. Breakfast was good in both quality and quantity, served beside the pool, and the staff were professional and helpful. We’d recommend the hotel. We stayed at the end of September 2023, when things were very calm. The location isn’t anything special, but it’s an easy walk to the center, parking was simple, and it seemed quieter than staying right in the middle of town. Our upgraded room was spacious and tastefully arranged. We could have used more shelves or cabinets and better lighting. Maybe living in the dark is the “bohemian style,” magnificooooo... ;-)

The stay was fine in some ways: the hotel looked nice, was clean, the staff were friendly, and it was close to the center. But check-in felt odd. We got only a very brief introduction and almost no information, which wasn’t what we were used to. At checkout, nobody asked how the stay had gone. It felt like we just paid and left. We could hear everything from our room, including what was happening next door, because the sound insulation was poor. Also, nearly everything seemed to cost extra. We’d already paid quite a lot for the hotel and expected at least drinks to be included.
