We’re leaving and going somewhere else. I usually book one night first, then extend if a hotel is worth staying in, but this one isn’t. Good luck 🤞 The pool was filthy, with no sign the filter was working, and the water color was really bad. At first we wondered if they used salt instead of chlorine, but it didn’t look like it had been shocked, and there were bits of skin in it. We thought we could spend a relaxing day by the pool, but instead had to spend money and go elsewhere. I have a pool at home and take care of it, so I can tell you that it was dirty. Also, the hotel name is different from the name shown online and on the booking sites, so finding it may be hard. I think they’re going through some kind of undertaking. The bed, blankets and cushions had clear signs someone had had a great time before us :) They weren’t clean and had marks, you know. But that wasn’t even the main issue, since a new hotel is being built 2-3 meters away and the noise was unbearable. This place needs professional management.

We were happy with the service and the staff, but the “suite room” we booked was meant to be the hotel’s best room and turned out to be a standard hotel room. I was working remotely and ordered three Americanos. They charged me $4.5 for each, which is more than I think I’ve paid for an Americano anywhere in the world.

We had a lovely stay and felt comfortable here with our dog. The rooms were large and clean, and the staff were respectful and friendly. The garden is beautiful, and we enjoyed sitting there late into the night. We were pleased with everything and recommend it.

We had a fantastic week in Alaçatı with friends at this hotel and really enjoyed ourselves. It was quite comfortable for a 2-star place. The three young staff members were friendly, understanding, and helped us with everything. Even when we sometimes couldn’t keep our laughter down late at night, they were always willing to help 🙃 We’ll definitely return. Sending love to the Monotto family.
