We had the best time and can't wait to return. The owners interacted with guests and made us feel at home, and everyone on staff was hospitable and generous. The service was superb throughout our stay. Our room faced the pool, which was even better. For a boutique hotel, the rooms and facilities were just right, and the location in the heart of Alacati put everything we needed nearby. I've found my new hotel!

The amenities were good, and breakfast was perfect.

They believed my girlfriend but didn't believe me, and I was left waiting in the cold for hours. My brother came to pick me up from the hotel. Even though I'd covered all the hotel expenses, he ended up paying for everything.

The worst part was the noise between 6 and 7 in the morning. I couldn't get a proper night's sleep. My cousin and I came from the Netherlands for five days, and the room was so cramped when we walked in that we wondered how we'd fit. It looked nothing like the photos, which really misled us. The sheets weren't changed, and the room only got cleaned if we asked. I even had to tidy it myself. At least clean towels would be nice. Arda at the bar was kind and helpful, though. There was also a very noisy boutique hotel beside the pool, with what sounded like people arguing. I don't recommend this place.
