Breakfast was the only part of the stay I could tolerate. The room was tiny, with nowhere beside the bed even to set my phone, so we used a suitcase as a table. The toilet tap was broken and leaking, leaving a puddle on the floor. In the shower, the water was ice cold and dirty water collected around my feet. I found that disgusting. And why provide no spare toilet paper in the bathroom? That’s incredibly stingy. I’ll never stay there again.

We had a comfortable seven-day stay. The rooms were clean, breakfast was delicious and natural, and the staff were friendly and very attentive 😊 I read the recent reviews and couldn’t believe them. For 350-450 TL including breakfast, this is the best boutique hotel you can stay at in the quietest part of Hacımemiş. ...

The hotel is tiny and poor quality, and despite supposedly being family-run, I’ve never seen such irresponsible management. Our friend was seriously ill, but there wasn’t a single staff member around. They didn’t follow through on the free beach access they promised us, and lied about it completely. There was no running water, they wouldn’t give us the key, and we got locked out with no staff there. If you want to enjoy yourself, don’t come here.

We booked a weekend stay through Yakala.co's holiday deal, but the room they offered didn't match the one pictured on the deal page. They tried to put us in a tiny room that smelled damp instead. Mr. Erhan said the other rooms shown in the photos had different prices, so he couldn't give us one of those.

The prices are quite reasonable, and the young owner deserves a big thank you. We went in winter, so the hot water took a little while to come through. Still, the service was excellent and the conversation was lovely. I'd recommend it to people visiting in season.
