This was my second stay at the white hotel, and Esraa once again made it feel personal and memorable. She's always there when guests need something, and treats you more like a friend than just a hotel owner. I felt welcome and comfortable throughout. I'd highly recommend it if you're looking for a home away from home.

It's a cozy, nice place right in the heart of the city. Just be ready for lots of noise from the clubs and restaurants if you stay here.
I wouldn't recommend staying here. I booked through booking, and the hotel representative, Esra Sul, charged me in cash and also charged my credit card. I couldn't get the money back.
Esra was fantastic and helpful throughout my stay. Best hotel in alacate, and I'll definitely come back.
