The hotel itself was awful, even though the owners were friendly and nice. There was no hygiene, and things from the door to the toilet were broken. The rooms felt like caves, smelled strongly of damp, and let in outside noise because there was no sound insulation.

The gentleman who greeted us insisted we pay before we’d even settled in and wouldn’t let us check in. When I said the rooms didn’t look like the photos, he quoted double the price for those rooms. We’d chosen the place because it seemed affordable, but as two women we were misled by the pictures. The room we were shown had no TV or refrigerator, sand covered the crumbling walls, and cat hair was on the bed. They changed rooms after we complained, but that one hadn’t been cleaned before we arrived either, with hair left in places. The rooms were stuffy and dark, like storage rooms. I didn’t trust that they were clean, and wouldn’t recommend the place. The service and quality were nonexistent.

I’ve stayed at lots of hotels and rarely leave a bad review, but I’ve never seen a place this neglected, irresponsible, and indifferent. We booked a deluxe room and they deliberately put us in a different one. We paid a lot for four days, and the experience was deeply disappointing. The room hadn’t been cleaned, the bathroom was disgustingly dirty, and rubbish was left around the edges of the bed. When we tried to cancel, they refused and kept lying. It felt like they were trying to scam us. They took our money, but cleanliness, order, and respect were nowhere to be found. Stay away. It doesn’t deserve even one star.

There’s no proper order or system here. The door is often closed, and the area outside is pitch black with no lights, so we kept having to wait for reception to show up. The water is completely shut off after 11 PM, leaving none all night. The owners and staff were incredibly rude, disrespectful, and indifferent, and didn’t look after guests properly. The whole place is extremely dirty, with no hygiene at all. An absolute disaster. I don’t recommend it.
