The rooms are okay, but cigarette smoke gets into them and that’s unpleasant if you don’t smoke. The corridors are also very noisy.

The rooms are nicely designed, and since I come often, I’ve had the chance to try them all. It’s easy to find, close to everything you need, and feels very reliable and hygienic. Above all, thanks to İdris Abi for being respectful, attentive and understanding 🤗

It’s 2025 and this business is still using electric water heaters. The appliances look like they came from a secondhand shop. Quality is zero.

I booked through hotels.com on March 22nd and got a confirmation email. On March 27th, I called to say we’d arrive late. The woman who answered said she couldn’t find the booking and would call me back, but never did. When I called again, she nearly scolded me. She still hadn’t checked the reservation and said the price would be higher even if she found it. When I wouldn’t accept that, she rudely said, “Then I’m canceling your reservation.” The staff were completely unprofessional and unethical. I would have pursued my rights to the end, but I didn’t want to ruin my vacation, so I gave up and canceled the reservation myself.
