The bed was unbelievably comfortable, and the staff were professional and kind. Ms. Melisa at reception speaks English very fluently, and the location worked well for me. I did miss having shampoo in the room, so I used my own. The table top was a little burnt too. Nearby, there's a really nice restaurant with high quality food at normal prices, and a Migros supermarket just a one minute walk away. Five stars for the staff's professionalism and that incredibly comfortable bed.

Traffic and dogs were noisy all night, and the windows didn't block the sound, so sleeping was really hard. The room wasn't cleaned well, an outlet was hanging out of the wall, and there was a large opening in the bathroom wall. They also charge more than advertised if you pay by card, which seemed like false or misleading advertising to me.

We only stayed an hour before leaving. The room was dirty, the shower didn't work, there were holes in the walls, and the bed smelled awful. The blankets seemed old too.
