Ergenekon Bungalov

We checked out after asking for our deposit back. The bungalow was advertised as “beachfront” with access to a public beach and sunbeds and umbrellas, but there is a main road between it and the sea, so it's not beachfront. The beach also has no umbrellas or sunbeds. The ad is completely misleading, and a waste of money and expectations. When we complained on the phone, we were spoken to very disrespectfully, even shouted at. There's a main road between the sea and the beach, and no sunbeds or umbrellas there either. I'm attaching a photo, so please look carefully before deciding.

The bungalow with a jacuzzi was very clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful view. My friend and I wanted a peaceful break, and being right by the sea helped us relax. The owners were friendly, attentive, and understanding. It's a lovely spot for a quiet weekend near the water.

The location and breakfast are quite good, but cleanliness is very poor.

The place is close to the sea, and breakfast was adequate, but service was lacking throughout the stay. We had to ask the waiter for basics like forks and napkins at every meal, even though those should come with the service. Dinner at the cafe was also a problem. We ordered a mixed pizza but got one with only Turkish sausage and regular sausage, and were told that was all they had. The hamburger patty's taste was below our expectations. We weren't given any information when we arrived. We had to ask the cafe where and when breakfast was served, and I had to ask the waiter about the bungalow's half-payment. I couldn't reach anyone in charge by phone and got no reply. It left us with a general sense of poor communication and indifference. The air conditioning was adequate, but the kitchen equipment was seriously lacking. The toilet door creaked, the flush was very loud, and that was especially disturbing with children. Foul smells from the kitchen and toilet sinks also gave a bad impression of hygiene. The location and breakfast are positives, but service, cleanliness, and customer relations need major improvement. These problems might have been tolerable with a little more care. After this experience, I won't stay here again or recommend it to anyone.
