Ki Boutique Hotel

The hygiene needs some work.

I was so pleased with my stay. The rooms and bed were very clean, the garden was lovely, and the staff were friendly. It’s a charming hotel with a very fair price, only 10 meters from the beach and town center. I’ve booked again for tomorrow and would happily stay here whenever I come to Çınarcık. 🌹

The location is its one redeeming feature, but this place seems to be in the wrong hands. It feels like a very amateur operation where anything goes. We booked a double room, only to find two old single beds pushed together. They were uncomfortable and smelled bad. You might consider it if your alternative is sleeping outside.

The location is a big plus, right by the sea and in a central spot, and the garden and landscaping were quite nice. Communication with the staff was good, and the air conditioning worked without any trouble. But I’d call the place average overall. The toilet and shower were the weakest part: there’s no shower enclosure or anything similar, which made both showering and using the toilet uncomfortable. The toilet ventilation opens onto the corridor, too. The beds were only middling, and the balcony table and chairs were very dirty. The blankets didn’t feel very clean, which left me unsure about their cleanliness. We ordered tea in the room and were charged 200 TL. That seemed like an average price to me, neither high nor low.
