Olympos Lodge

We left feeling relaxed and grateful, and already want to come back. The private beach is breathtaking, and the food was fresh and delicious. Our room was charming and comfortable, and the whole place felt cared for, as if it had been made with love. Between the forest and the sea, Olympos Lodge has a magical, peaceful feel. Burak, his lovely wife, and the whole team welcomed us like family from the start. Their kindness and attention made the stay unforgettable.

The owner seemed paranoid and harassed people walking past the gate, even though the way to the beach is public access. When we came to look at the bungalows before deciding whether to book a month-long holiday, we were treated in a very aggressive, unwelcoming way. He nearly came at my wife as she approached the gate. We're serious customers, so how are we supposed to see the place and decide? Very rude.

We were walking toward the beach in Çıralı with our 1.5-year-old, and the only way we found went through the hotel's grounds. I politely told the security guard we just wanted to reach the sea, not use the hotel, and that carrying a toddler was already hard. He told us to take a 1.5 km detour. When we tried to keep going toward the beach, he ran off to get a shepherd dog and threatened my wife while she was holding our baby. The dog itself seemed confused by him. It was disgraceful and dangerous. In Turkey, the law doesn't allow access to the sea to be denied, yet our family was intimidated and faced aggression. My wife had to scream for help. The guard only calmed down when I started calling the police. Shame on Olympos Lodge Hotel for employing him.

The private beach access and sunbeds were perfect. It's a beautiful, very natural place to unwind, and the staff are kind, caring, and cheerful.
