Sedir Palas Hotel

We spent the evening listening to nature sing, it was so quiet at night. The family were celebrating a cousin’s daughter’s birthday, which was lovely to watch. Our host, Ali, was a very nice and helpful young man, and dinner cooked by his mother was wonderful. The family-owned lodge has a bed-and-breakfast feel, with cedar wood panels throughout the rooms. It’s a little gem that still seems undiscovered. If you like scenery, nature and a peaceful sea, it’s close to all of them within walking distance. A stay here is well worth trying.

We spent a week at Sedir Palas for a family holiday in October 2023. The hotel sits among lovely gardens with Pomegranate and Orange trees, and has a large pool and comfortable rooms in a wooden building that smells of cedar. We also enjoyed the views of the nearby forested rocky mountains. The village centre and beach are only a few minutes away on foot. The team made excellent Meditteranean breakfast each morning and offered fabulous traditional Turkish food for dinner every evening. This part of Cirali is a little cooler than the central and northern end of the village, which was very welcome during the heat of the day. Highly recommended.

We loved Sedir Paula's. It’s close to the beach, where it’s less crowded than the central beach, and right in the centre without being on the main path. The garden is green and gives good shade, with plenty of tables and sunbeds around the clean pool, which is a good size. Our room was clean and spacious enough. Breakfast was delicious, with lots of fresh vegetables and homemade things. The hosts were friendly to the whole family, and the facilities were good.

Lovely place and very nicely situated. The staff were nice, the pool was lovely, and breakfast was good. Just lovely!
