The hotel was nice, though pricey, and an electricity shortage meant there was no Wi-Fi. Mehmet at reception saved the day by letting me use his Hotspot. Good people really are everywhere!

The room was clean and the city-center location is great, but the basics were badly lacking. There was no toothbrush or basic kit, and no blankets, just a thin towel to cover up with. I paid €90 a night, and the power went out three times overnight, with the room fuse tripping too. Breakfast is on the 7th floor, while the elevator only reaches the 5th, so getting there means climbing two flights of stairs. The breakfast room was very hot, with just one air conditioner running for such a large space. I hope they make improvements.

The location worked perfectly for me, and my room was clean and comfortable. Staff were attentive and made sure I had what I needed. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend the hotel.

Right in the center of Diyarbakir, this is a clean, pleasant and cosy hotel, and the prices are reasonable.

My reservation, made by email six months in advance, worked out very well. The room and bathroom were clean, and breakfast up on top of the building was nice. Great location too, thanks for everything.
